A proposal for an experimental community located on the Plover Cove Reservoir in Hong Kong. This project responds to the city’s recurring proposals to reclaim land from the reservoir and proposes that Plover Cove be its first floating town. The project utilises water entering into the reservoir to create animated public and domestic spaces for the enjoyment of visitors and residents.
