THE BARTLETT SCHOOL OF ARCHITECT, UCL
This project explores sustainable future foods: fake meat and insects. With buildings on opposite sides of the water, circulation is key to making sure the visitor explores every area, from food kitchens to a lecture theatre. All senses are experienced in eating a wealth of new foods, whilst travelling on a journey to discover how it is made and ending at the sunset restaurant.
